The new manager Alexis is absolutely wonderful. She has been working so hard to learn the property and the residents. She has been so kind and respectful. I just signed another year lease and am looking forward to being here with our Amazing office girls Alexis and Ashlyn and our fantastic grounds and Maintenance crew Sherrie and Rosco. (Had to edit an old review since google wouldnât let me post another one or on another account as they keep getting deleted)

I came into the office today looking for a 1 bed and unfortunately they did not have anything available. Ashlin and Alexis was so helpful and kind even referenced me to other properties to look at. Thanks for helping me out today!

I’ve been living here since August and I absolutely love the staff. Sherry in particular is so hard working and does everything she can to keep the grounds looking spectacular. Whenever I see her, she waves and asks how I’m doing. Not only does she work out on the property but she takes the time to ask how the residents are doing. I feel so lucky to live here and feel so welcomed. I appreciate you, sherry!

Rent gets to about 1,500 after 3 years and one time maintenance unlocked my door to fix our broken dishwasher that has been broken since we lived there and I was taking a shower and thought someone broke inside my home

This is a great starter place. But ever since that I have moved in I have been getting late fees on top of late fees because their app will never accept my card. I was told that they only accept US banks And that is what I use. The office is very helpful, but when it comes to the app, something needs to be fixed

This is a great starter place. But ever since that I have moved in I have been getting late fees on top of late fees because their app will never accept my card. I was told that they only accept US banks And that is what I use. Either way they decide to not even try to help and they just use that excuse to keep throwing late fees to get money out of their tenants. I highly recommend do not rent from here
