I was looking to relocate from Santa Cruz, CA to SLC, UT and I needed an apartment ASAP! I was still in Santa Cruz at the time, so everything had to be done from start to finish virtually. I contacted Ashlin who completely bent over backwards and went above and beyond what anyone would have expected to help me find a place, get all of the correct documentation filled out and submitted. Ashlin made the entire process of house hunting easy and manageable. Awesome Team!

I have lived at Liberty Heights for almost 2 years now. Overall I have enjoyed my stay. We had a little rough patch for hiring a new maintenance guy these past few months but we now have one. He is really good at the work he does. He has been working hard alongside the other staff and our new manager Alexis to make sure he understands the property etc. I had a leak in my ceiling and when I reported it to the office they still didn’t have a maintenance guy…. but luckily when Roscoe got hired on and came to look at it it wasn’t as big of a leak as he thought and the damage was minimal. He fixed the residents dishwasher above me that was causing the leak. Even though the apartments were short staffed, they came through and got the work done that I needed in my unit and in the end the apartments saved money because the leak didn’t cause extensive damage. Alexis, the new manager called and followed up to see how I felt about the maintenance work and asked if I had any questions. She is very professional and very sweet and I can tell she puts care into her work and the residents here at Liberty Heights. I am very impressed with the finished results of the work done in my apartment and I look forward to continuing to my lease.

The new manager Alexis is absolutely wonderful. She has been working so hard to learn the property and the residents. She has been so kind and respectful. I just signed another year lease and am looking forward to being here with our Amazing office girls Alexis and Ashlyn and our fantastic grounds and Maintenance crew Sherrie and Rosco. (Had to edit an old review since google wouldn’t let me post another one or on another account as they keep getting deleted)

I came into the office today looking for a 1 bed and unfortunately they did not have anything available. Ashlin and Alexis was so helpful and kind even referenced me to other properties to look at. Thanks for helping me out today!
