I have never before left a bad review for any employee or business so I hope that this is taken seriously. My apartment wreaks of marijuana EVERY NIGHT and many times during the day. I am constantly being woken up and losing sleep for hours on end because of it. It is affecting me mentally, emotionally, and physically. The smoke isnât just smell seeping through cracks. It comes through my air vents and when my heat kicks on it is like someone blowing smoke directly in my face. The neighbors are fully aware of my distress and lie about their heavy drug usage. I have attempted to resolve this with the management team to no avail and they donât follow up with me. I have spoken with both HVAC technicians and Airduct cleaning technicians who said they could do diagnostics and resolve the problem or confirm where it is coming from. I have photos and video documenting my neighbors having their windows open in the freezing winter weather and their coughing from smoking. I have been sitting there right by my window witnessing them opening and closing their windows for smoking, and the smoke coming straight into my apartment as this occurs. Imagine having someone constantly uninvited, trespassing into your space, your home, violating your peace and privacy. That is what this feels like. And no one seems to care. I should have the right to peace and comfort in the space in which I live and this is anything but. If you are someone who cares at all about smoke in your home and around your family or your pets, or your comfort of home being violated by inconsiderate neighbors, stay away from this community.
