I love this place specially Dasha and Liz they are great and really care about the residents, I came here looking for a place to call home and I found it is quiet and my neighbors are very nice, one of them even helped my son to fix his bike, thanks for all you do to keep this place clean and looking good, I will recommend these apartments to my friends.

This is a very great place to live!!!! Liz, and Dasha are amazing. They really do whatever they can to help the residences when life happens. Mark and Sherrie are the best; they do what they can to keep the property looking amazing, and help the residences with whatever is needed to maintain the apartments. Wooohooo go Liberty Heights!!!

Terrible place to live!! Slum lords!! I lived here for almost 2 years I had to leave because the heater broke, I submitted about 5 work orders to have it fixed and they still couldnt/wouldn't fix it.one of my friends was in my apartment while the maintenance man was there and all he did was walk around my apartment and leave and checked off the paper work that he fixed the furnace. My 2 young children couldn't stand the cold of the winter months with No heat so we had to leave after racking up a huge power bill to heat the place with space heaters. And to top it off the office staff stole a tablet and a phone from my apartment after they changed my locks while I was still trying to work things out with them. They then tried to charge me a huge cleaning fee when I had me and 3 of my friends in there scrubbing it top to bottom for several hours..in the dark as the management said they would get the power turned on so I could come and deap clean,they of course did not. After I told management i had pictures and documents of how i left the apartment and that it was not habitable because of no working heat, they never attempted to contact me again after that. Until 3 years later they have a lawfirm contact me to collect money I don't owe...save money and your time!! Do not rent from here.
