The maitenence lady is super awesome she is always getting things done around the property even when its raining or snowing shes out there and even if its a shitty day at the complex she still gets stuff done shes the best :)

We absolutely are thrilled to live here with our pets. Such a caring and knowledgeable staff! Wayne Ellis and his team help you step by step with the application process to make it easy to qualify for a place to live. They even made sure we got a garage near our unit to help our move that much easier. We are so thankful for Liberty Heights community and all the kindness they have shown our family. Nice grounds and pet stations everywhere, with beautiful apartments close to shopping and freeway access. So stoked with the beautiful moutain views just above us to the east. What a lovely place to live!

Met the manager Dasha today. My mom has been living here for two years and she has so many sweet things to say about her, as well as the apartments! I will trying to move her soon.

I was saddened to find when this place couldn't accommodate in time last year that a referral to another place was not done in good faith. It was not disclosed that a recommendation for another place was run by the same company. Transparency and being forthright is important, so I hope a lesson gets learned here. The place I ended up on the referral, Callaway Apartments, is the worst place I have encountered in my life -- dangerous, dirty, loud, and misrepresented in so very many ways. Overcharging, retaliatory action for having to call the Health Department, and ongoing harassment by an incredibly abuse staff at Callaway are just a few more things. Abusive action then extended (and continues) from AMC LLC. While I don't blame this place for everything wrong with Callaway, naturally, the referral to Callaway was NOT done in good faith, is more than a little suspicious, and was anything but accurate and transparent

This apartment complex is in a great part of the Union Heights area! Super close to freeway access, lots of great eateries and bars. With the few times I have needed something addressed, Dasha (property manager) has been very responsive and handled it the same day! Overall this has been a great experience!
